During the course of a business day, many events can be happening simultaneously, whether they’ve been scheduled or not. Activities may or may not appear in your calendar. If no time is associated with an activity, it will appear on your Activity list along with scheduled items. Items that had no time associated may be given a time at a later date and then appear in the calendar.

How to Add a New Activity[edit]

Add an activity from the Activities Module using the New button and completing information in the Schedule dialog.

How to View Activities and Activity Details[edit]

When using the Activities module, you may view your activities or depending on your role, you may have access to all company activities.

How to Delete an Activity[edit]

One of more activities can be deleted directly from the Activity list.
