NOTE: Choose ACCOUNTS under Module Settings to manage custom fields for Accounts, Leads and Contacts. Use record type = Account if the field belongs in the company page; Use record type = Contact to add the field to the Contact module.  Custom fields in Leads will be the same as your custom fields in Accounts since “Leads” can be converted to “Accounts”.

Commence On Demand allows you to define account, lead and contact values for Sources, Industry, Address Type, and Products that suit the specific needs of your company.

To establish field value options for Sources:

1. Select Administration from the Quick Links section.

2. Select Module Settings from the Administrator section.

3. Select Accounts. The Contacts Module Settings screen displays.

4. Select Sources from the module settings listing.

5. Define the field values:

  • To add a field value, enter the name in the New Value field and click the Add Value button.
  • To edit a field value, select the field name in the listing and enter new name in the New Value field. Click the Edit Value button.
  • To remove a field value, select the field name in the listing and click the Remove button.
  • To change the order that the values appear in the drop down list, select the source field name and select Up or Down to move the value in the list.

6. Click Save.

7. Click Save & Close when you are done.

Repeat the process to define values for Industry, Address Type, and Products.
