Module Settings/Personal E-mailand other Preferences

To begin Setting up your personal preferences and E-mail, start by clicking under the sidebar. This will bring you General>User Profile.


From the User Profile, fill out all address information. Then fill in all Contact Method information including phone, fax, cell, and E-mail address. You will then fill in a User name, password, then confirm the password and select Save.


As an additional feature, Commence On-Demand gives you the ability to Synchronize your Commence E-mail Client with Microsoft Outlook or with your mobile device. You can then enjoy two way synchronization of information (Contacts, E-Mail, Calendar and Events). You may download the synchronization utility to your desktop computer by selecting Synchronize from the Preference menu. Follow the onscreen step-by-step instructions to setup and run the Mobile Link utility. The utility will give you the ability to input information into Microsoft Outlook or the Commence E-mail client and have both programs share information in either direction or both ways.
