  1. Open Leads Module, Open desired Leads List, Open a Lead.
  2. While viewing detail information about a Lead, click on the “Convert Lead” button.
  3. Update any additional information or send an E-mail or Alert to the Account Manager by selecting the appropriate box.
  4. A note can be added to the account by selecting History, then “add note” from the dropdown under related information.
  5. Create a Sales Opportunity by selecting the “create opportunity” box and filling in the rest of the dialog that will pop up when the box is checked.
  6. The final step is to click “Save and Close.” The Lead is now an Account in your main Account list.
