During the course of a business day, many events can be hap-pening simultaneously, whether they’ve been scheduled or not. Activities may or may not appear in your calendar. If no time is associated with an activity, it will appear on your Activity list, along with scheduled items. Items that had no time associated may be given a time at a later date and then appear in the cal-endar.

Types of Activities

Commence On-Demand allows you to schedule activities, re-quest reminders, send invitations to attendees, reserve neces-sary resources, track results and issues, and plan your next steps, all in one simple central location. == How to Add a New Activity ==

Add an activity by clicking on the Activities Module then the “New” button and filling in information in the “Schedule” dialog. == How to Delete an Activity ==

Place a checkmark beside one or more activities in the Activity list. Then click on the “Delete” button to delete them. == How to View Activities ==

When using the Activities module, you may view your activities or depending on your role, you may have access to all company activities. You can also view activities of a particular type by selecting the corresponding Activity. This will show you only the desired activity type.

How to View Activity Detail

Details of an activity can be viewed and modified by clicking on the Activities module, then the title of the activity you wish to view.
