Sales Opportunities/How to View a Quote

Select a prospect from the Sales Opportunity List. On the pro-spect’s “Opportunity” dialog, select “Quote” from the “Select a Related View” dropdown menu. To view detail about a Quote, click on the Quote’s “Title.”

Step-by-Step

1. Select the Opportunity from the list of Sales Oppor-tunities. The “Opportunity” dialog for that Opportuni-ty will appear. (shown below)

2. In the “Select a Related View” dropdown menu, se-lect “Quotes.” Summarized information about the quote will appear.

3. To view detailed information about a Quote, click on the Quote’s “Title.” The Quote detail screen will ap-pear.
