Marketing/How to Add a New Promotion, Literature Fulfillment or Event

You can create and access records for promotions, literature fulfillment or events from the Marketing module Home section in the upper left-hand section of the screen.

Adding or Modifying

1. To access the Marketing module, click the Marketing tab.

2. From the Home section click Promotions, Literature Fulfillment or Events. The respective listing for your selection displays.

• To create a new record, click the New button.
• To edit an existing record click the Title of the record.

3. Enter or modify the the details about the record on the respective Promotions Detail, Literature Fulfillment Detail or Events Detail screen.

4. Click Save & Close.

Deleting

1. To access the Marketing module, click the Marketing tab.

2. From the Home section click Promotions, Literature Fulfillment or Events. The respective listing for your selection displays.

3. Place a checkmark beside one more listed items.

4. Click the Delete button to delete them.
